Welcome and thank you for visiting Imaan International Inc’s (IMAAN’s) website. I am Arfan Azhar, the Founder, President and CEO of IMAAN since August 2007. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and over 20 years of experience in the electronic recycling and wholesale industries, including eight years internationally within Dubai & Pakistan. I am passionate and dedicated to IMAAN’s success and continually working towards positioning IMAAN for market strength and continual growth by working with our customers to maximize value and recycle material in an environmentally responsible manner.
IMAAN offers pick up, sorting, repair, data security, re-purposing and refurbishing services for a wide variety of products including computers and all computer related equipment. We identify and manage environmental, health and safety issues and potential impacts throughout. We are continually committed to providing environmentally responsible recycling for consumers across the country by processing materials in a way that does not result in incineration, land filling, dumping or exporting for processing.
Consistent with our policies, we have implemented an Integrated Management System in compliance with the requirements of these internationally recognized standards:
- R2v3: The Sustainable Electronics Recycling and Reuse Standard
- ISO 14001:2015: Environmental Management System
- ISO 45001:2018: Occupational Health and Safety Management System
- ISO 9001:2015: Quality Management System
These standards execute environmentally driven policies, procedures and processes that comply with all legal and regulatory requirements. The same standards are applied to our downstream process of recovery, with special attention on focus materials.
A top priority at IMAAN is focused on honesty and integrity. My experienced and dedicated team understands the value of brand protection and works diligently to ensure the names and information of our clients are not compromised. Our processes are designed to ensure the safe end-of-life for all types of data storage media through wiping, physical destruction and shredding, in compliance with NIST 800-88 and DoD standards.
