Yes. We run scheduled collections in our primary regions and arrange palletised freight with sealed containers and documented custody for organisations further out. Processing standards are identical either way.

No fixed minimum. Very small volumes may be more economically handled through a scheduled consolidation rather than a dedicated collection, and we will tell you if that applies.

It depends on volume, equipment mix, distance and destruction method. Where equipment has resale value, that value is offset against the project cost and sometimes exceeds it. We quote per project after scoping.

Software sanitisation to NIST 800-88, multi-pass overwriting aligned to DoD 5220.22-M where policy requires it, and physical shredding for failed media or where destruction is mandated. The method is agreed before collection.

Yes. Every data-bearing device receives destruction evidence referencing its serial number, the method used and the date.

Yes, for environments where media cannot leave the building. On-site destruction is scoped separately as it is slower and costs more per device.

Yes. Material is separated into streams and moved to vetted downstream processors. The criteria those processors must meet are published.

Lithium-ion, lead-acid, mercury-containing devices and CRT material are handled under controlled protocols and routed to processors permitted for those streams.

It is tested, graded and refurbished for resale or redeployment after its storage media has been sanitised. Reuse is preferred over recycling wherever the device supports it.

In sealed containers, with signed custody transfers at each handover point. Local collections use our own scheduled runs; longer distances use palletised freight under the same custody controls.

Yes — rack-level teardown, staged removal and cage clearance planned around your uptime requirements. These are scoped with a site survey first.

A serialised inventory report, certificates of destruction, recycling certificates and the chain-of-custody record. Formats can be adapted to your audit requirements.
