How it works

A simple, secure path from your loading dock to certified completion.

Seven stages, one custody record

Every project runs the same sequence regardless of size. What changes is the transport plan and the destruction method, not the standard of documentation.

  1. 01

    Request a pickup

Tell us the equipment type, approximate quantity, location and any compliance requirement you are working to. We confirm scope and pricing.

    • equipment type
    • volume
    • location
    • compliance requirement
  2. 02

    Schedule collection or shipment

We arrange local collection in our primary regions, or palletised freight for organisations outside them, at a time that fits your operations.

    • local collection
    • scheduled freight
    • loading support
  3. 03

    Secure transport and intake

Assets are sealed, loaded and logged. Custody transfers are signed at each handover point and the record starts before the vehicle moves.

    • sealed containers
    • signed transfer
    • intake log
  4. 04

    Serialised inventory

Each device is recorded against make, model, serial number, asset tag and condition. This list becomes the reference for everything that follows.

    • serial capture
    • asset tag
    • condition note
  5. 05

    Data destruction

Data-bearing devices are sanitised to NIST 800-88, overwritten to DoD 5220.22-M where required, or physically shredded.

    • wipe
    • overwrite
    • shred
  6. 06

    Recycling or refurbishment

Devices with remaining life are refurbished for resale or redeployment. Everything else is dismantled and separated for material recovery.

    • refurbish
    • resell
    • dismantle
    • recover
  7. 07

    Reporting and certification

You receive the serialised inventory report, certificates of destruction, recycling certificates and the complete chain-of-custody record.

    • inventory report
    • certificate of destruction
    • recycling certificate

What you need to have ready

Preparation on your side is minimal, but these four things make a collection go smoothly.

  • An approximate count

An exact inventory is not required — we produce that. A rough count by device type is enough to plan the vehicle and crew.

  • Access details

Dock height, lift availability, floor level, badge or escort requirements, and the window you can give us.

  • Your compliance requirement

If your policy names a destruction standard or requires witnessed destruction, tell us up front so it is scoped in, not retrofitted.

  • A point of contact

One named person who can confirm the asset list at handover and receive the final documentation.

Typical timeline

Indicative only — volume, distance and destruction method all move these figures. We confirm real dates at scoping.

Talk to a person, not a form queue

Start at step one

The pickup request form takes about two minutes and gives us everything needed to come back with a plan.

  • Scoped and quoted in one call
  • Collection dates confirmed in writing
  • Certificates issued as standard
Ready when you are

Book a collection or ask us anything

Tell us what you are retiring and where it sits. We will come back with a collection plan, a destruction method and the documentation you will receive.
